ABOUT TMC-40 ELECTRONIC LIQUID
TMC-40 Electronic Liquid is a direct replacement for 3M™ FC-40. It is a non-conductive, thermally and chemically stable fluid developed for single-phase heat-transfer applications, particularly within electronics and semiconductor environments.
The fluid is clear, colorless, residue-free and non-flammable. Its properties make it suitable for electronic heat-transfer applications including testers, CVD and TFT manufacturing, as well as etchers and ion implanters.
TMC-40's narrow boiling range helps keep composition changes and fluid loss to a minimum while supporting consistent transport properties.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE
Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture when stored in the original packaging under normal conditions. TMC will re-certify material every 5 years up to 20 years. Store in a dry, cool & well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed.

For professional use only. Not classified according to HCS (29 CFR 1910.1200). Please review the current SDS before use and follow all storage, handling, exposure control, PPE, spill & disposal precautions.
DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
TMC-40 can be recycled and reused. TMC Industries reclaims used fluorinated fluids and tests reclaimed fluids to meet new product specifications.
