TMC-40E Electronic Liquid by TMC Industries, supplied by Econtrol Devices, is a non-conductive, thermally and chemically stable electronic liquid equivalent to 3M™ FC-40. It is designed for single-phase heat transfer fluid applications, particularly within the electronics and semiconductor industry for testers, CVD, TFT manufacturing, etchers, and ion implanters. The fluid is clear, colorless, non-flammable, residue-free, and provides consistent transport properties due to its narrow boiling range, helping minimize fluid loss over time.
