Developed for demanding industrial environments, GALDEN® D02 is widely used in thermal shock testing, hermetic seal testing, immersion cooling systems, semiconductor manufacturing, power electronics, and laboratory applications. Its non-flammable, non-toxic, chemically inert formulation ensures safe and reliable operation while minimizing equipment wear and maintenance requirements. With a boiling point of 175°C, extremely low pour point of -97°C, and excellent electrical insulation properties, GALDEN® D02 delivers consistent performance across a wide operating temperature range.
