It is used in electronic testing, semiconductor cooling, dielectric baths, gross leak testing and thermal shock testing.
With a liquid operating range of -57°C to 165°C, TMC-40 offers thermal and chemical stability for heat transfer applications. Its narrow boiling range helps minimise changes in fluid composition over time, reducing fluid loss and maintaining consistent transport properties.
