Description

3M™ VHB™ Tape 4941 is a gray, 1.1 mm (0.045 in) thick double-sided acrylic foam tape featuring a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive on both sides and a conformable closed-cell acrylic foam core. It is part of the 3M™ VHB™ 4941 Family, known for its balance of strength, flexibility, and environmental durability. The tape bonds strongly to a broad range of high and medium surface energy substrates, including metals, glass, plastics, painted surfaces, and even plasticized vinyl providing excellent plasticizer resistance. Its conformable foam core ensures reliable contact even on uneven or slightly mismatched surfaces. 3M™ VHB™ Tape 4941F offers an aesthetic, high-strength alternative to screws, rivets, welds, and liquid adhesives, forming a durable, weather-resistant seal that withstands heat, cold, moisture, and solvents. It is UL GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold Certified, contributing to sustainable design and LEED credits.
