Description

3M™ VHB™ Tape GPH-110GF is a 1.1 mm (0.045 in) thick, gray, double-sided acrylic foam tape featuring a conformable closed-cell acrylic foam core and a red polyethylene film liner. It belongs to the 3M™ VHB™ GPH series, specifically engineered for high-temperature bonding applications involving metal, plastic, and painted surfaces. This tape is optimized for assembly processes that include powder coating or liquid painting with bake cycles, thanks to its exceptional heat resistance up to 230°C (450°F) for short-term exposure and 150°C (300°F) for continuous use. Its viscoelastic acrylic foam ensures excellent stress distribution, high initial tack, and reliable bonding between substrates with slight surface irregularities. 3M™ VHB™ GPH-110GF is widely used in metal fabrication, appliance assembly, and signage manufacturing, where it replaces mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, and welds achieving durable, aesthetic, and long-lasting joints even under thermal and mechanical stress.
