3M™ VHB™ Tape LSE-110WF is a 1.1 mm thick, white, double-coated acrylic foam tape designed specifically for bonding low surface energy (LSE) materials — such as polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic olefin (TPO), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and composite materials — without the need for a primer. This advanced tape uses a modified acrylic adhesive on a conformable, closed-cell acrylic foam core, offering a combination of high initial tack, excellent stress relaxation, and multi-material compatibility. The closed-cell structure ensures moisture resistance and reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. 3M™ VHB™ LSE-110WF is part of the LSE series (also available in 0.6 mm and 1.6 mm thicknesses) and delivers consistent, high-strength bonds even on challenging plastic substrates. Its soft, conformable foam allows it to absorb and distribute stress effectively, while the pressure-sensitive adhesive delivers immediate handling strength making it a fast, clean, and durable alternative to mechanical fasteners, rivets, and liquid adhesives.
