Description
TMC-40E offers similar chemistry and physical properties as 3M FC-40.
TMC-40E Electronic Liquid is a non-conducting, thermally and chemically stable fluid designed for single-phase heat-transfer applications, particularly in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
It is commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing environments including testers, CVD, and TFT manufacturing.
TMC-40E is a clear, colorless, non-conductive, non-flammable and residue-free liquid that maintains stable performance during heat transfer operations.
The fluid operates across a wide liquid temperature range from −55 °C to 158 °C, making it suitable for various electronic heat transfer applications.
Because TMC-40E has a narrow boiling range, the composition changes very little over time. This helps maintain consistent transport properties and reduces fluid loss during operation.
Applications
TMC-40E Electronic Liquid is used in the following applications:
- Dielectric Bath
- Electronic Testing
- Gross Leak Testing
- Heat Transfer
- Semiconductor Cooling
- Thermal Shock Testing
It is also suitable for semiconductor industry equipment including:
- Etchers
- Ion Implanters
- Testers
- CVD systems
- TFT manufacturing systems
